A huge thank you to my wonderful guest Dr. Emma Bagnall founder of the Mothering Psychologist. It was a very honest chat about motherhood, our expectations, social media influences and more.

Dr Emma Bagnall is a Chartered Senior Clinical Psychologist, Holistic Sleep Coach, and mother of two. With over 13 years of experience working with children and their families, Emma gained a whole new perspective on parenting when she became a parent herself. Emma is a passionate advocate for challenging unrealistic expectations of 'perfect' parenting and debunking common misconceptions based on textbook definitions of babies. In sharing her own lived experience as a healthcare professional and a parent, Emma hopes to empower parents to let go of unrealistic expectations and instead embrace child-focused parenting practices that recognise each child as an individual. Emma is guided by her philosophy, “We connect, we nurture, and our children thrive”
